ZAMORA PROTOHISTÓRICA ARCHAEOLOGY FILM FEST
1. COMPETITION CATEGORIES
Any work related to Archaeology, History and other connected sciences may participate in this category. The duration of the short films must not exceed 30 minutes. The works may be presented in any language, but works in a language other than Spanish must be submitted with Spanish subtitles.

2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The participation is open to any person or institution, public or private, as long as the works comply with the requirements set out in these conditions. Films that have already articipated in previous editions of this Festival will not be admitted. Only projects carried out in the last five years are eligible.
All participants are invited to attend the Final Phase of the Festival, that will take place in Zamora from 14th to 16th June 2019. The event will be an open space where everybody will be welcome (transportation and accommodation not included).

3. WORK SUBMISSIONS

3. SELECTION PROCESS
After the submissions deadline closes (April 1st 2019), the films will be publicly posted in our channel on YouTube (the links will be available on the official website of the organization http://arqueocine.jimdo.com).
In the new edition, as in the previous year, the public will have the chance to vote for a favourite short film and documentary by visiting them on YouTube, in order to give the Audience Award. The counting system will be 1 LIKE = 1 VOTE. The winning work will be shown during the course of the Festival.
The delivery of the award will take place on June 16th 2019 at the Teatro Principal in the city of Zamora.
Four finalists in each category, Short Film and Documentary, will be selected by a specialist jury. The selected works will be shown during the course of the Festival.

Finalists who are unable to attend the Final Phase and collect their award are requested to record a short video at their discretion, with the aim of showing it at the award-giving moment. When the time arrives, the organization will contact every finalist.
All participants commit to transferring the rights of their works to the Festival Organization, with the purpose of posting them on YouTube, showing them during the Festival or using them in any other related activity.
